Agriculture policy is made by the government committee in Winnipeg and Ottawa. The decision makers are not farming but their decisions have a direct impact on you, your family and your farm.

As a farmer, you need farmers acting on your behalf, speaking for your rights in board rooms and communities across this country. With its ongoing commitment to freedom of choice, self-reliance and personal initiative, the Western Barley Growers Association will be your voice in the power centres of the grains industry.Your involvement is very important to the Western Barley Growers Association. Your ongoing support is very important to the continuance of a strong voice for a vision of a vibrant, market-responsive barley industry in Western Canada. We encourage you to share our vision with other producers and solicit their involvement.
